Our Branding

Our approach combines extensive research and expert strategy with cutting-edge design to create effective, memorable brands.



The branding design process begins with an initial conversation between us and you. This first stage is really about getting to know each other, understanding your needs and establishing what your project will entail. It’s at this stage we discuss price, timelines and deliverables, Once costs have been agreed and a deposit has been paid work can begin.



Once the formalities are out of the way, it’s time to get into the details. Whether through email, over the phone, via video chat or in person, we start gathering information and analysing the findings to get a comprehensive picture of your business, industry, competitors, target audience, and any existing branding and design. Depending on your particular needs, this could involve questionnaires, surveys, workshops or interviews.



Following a round of brainstorming, concepts are mocked up and presented to you for feedback. These initial designs tend to include variations of the logotype, icon, colours, typography, illustration style, and mock-ups of the logo in context such as on a dummy advert or web page. Although you shouldn’t expect these ideas to be as polished as the final product you will get a good idea of the direction your brand could go.



Once we have received your initial feedback we start to refine and develop your preferred route. This process can sometimes involve some back and forth with us tweaking the design and you offering feedback until you are happy with the results.



This is when your new brand identity is revealed to the outside world. This can take many forms, from a few business cards to a website or series of product videos. It’s at this stage that any deliverables such as a logo suite or brand guidelines are created. Brand guidelines include the idea behind the design as well as your chosen color palette and examples of correct and incorrect usage.


After Care

We’re committed to our clients’ ongoing success and we specialise in acting as brand ambassadors to ensure consistent delivery of your brand. This can be done either through a monthly retainer or on an ad-hoc basis.
